It's been a while, but I have been taking the time to work on this Halloween theme contest on the CGHub site. I also decided at the same time to paint on top of the values instead of building up from the ground up like I normally do. The results were some that I was not happy with.
As a general rule that I think I will follow...when you are working on something for a deadline, don't also try to work in experiments at the same time. It will take you twice as long to get the final product when you are painting the same thing over and over.
Anyway, here it is, just a few more tweaks and it will be good to go.
